A LITTLE BIT ABOUT THE CSA

First established in 1902 the CSA is the representative body of the Debt Collection industry. To find out if a company is a member please go to the members list which is on the menu to the left of this page.

REGULATORY BODY?

The CSA is not a regulatory body, we are a trade association. However we do have and offer a Code of Practice for all of our members to abide by. We recognise that debt collection agencies have a responsibility to act fairly and in accordance with the law therefore our aim is to increase good practice within the industry; a large part of this is done through our complaints process.
